What is a Movement Acrodance Class?

 

It is a class where we focus on contortion through contemporary dance, floor acrobatics and inversions. It combines three passions:

ACROBATICS VARIOUS DANCES CHOREOGRAPHIC CONTORTIONISM BY FITCONTOR METHOD

A class that consists of a session of range of motion by the Fitcontor® method in the ROM & POWER styles to improve your contortion skills. You will also see a Tendú and sessions of classical and contemporary dance techniques.

Fitcontor MOVEMENT allows you to learn body expression techniques, improvisation and movement research. There are no right or wrong forms or figures, but rather we connect with the deepest part of ourselves in search of our own movement.

The different techniques and tools of body expression, dance and contortion empower us, allowing us to explore even further this research and creation of our own movement. Fitcontor MOVEMENT is the expansion and projection of your BEING in movement.

Floor acrobatics are also implemented in fusion with contortion and dance, which are unified in a choreographic composition, where you can tell your story in contortion.
